An intriguing and unusual find, this vintage Emerald and Diamond engagement ring was entirely handmade by a precise and clever hand. In an Art Deco inspired angular arrangement, the gorgeous and desirable bluey green shade of the Emerald is flattered by the dimmed twin sparkles of whites Topazes to each shoulder, set in hand grained Platinum. Both classic and sympathetic to the eye.
Stones: the Emerald measures 9.7mm by 7.8mm and we judge to weigh in the region of 2.5 carats. It has the characteristic misty natural 'jardin' inclusions which are visible with the naked eye and give a beautiful charm to the whole. Faceted White Topaz to the shoulders.
Metal: 9ct Gold to the band (hallmarked at the London Assay Office in 1953 and with a Coronation stamp) & Platinum to the setting
Ring Size: N or 6.5 as is but we are able to alter by a couple of sizes each way
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift. You can download our handy ring sizing guide here, but don't hesitate to contact us if you need further help with this. If visiting us size adjustments can usually be done in around an hour-ish.
